Full Service Surrogacy Program                           $4,000
(International clients, please add $500.00)

(Assistance from the matching process until you have taken your baby home) UPDATE: our service has been extended up to 6 months after delivery without any additional charges!!

A $2,000 deposit is due with the contract & application...Balance of $2,000 due at contract signing with your Surrogate.

 You will be able to select another Surrogate at no additional charge if she does not pass the medical screening.

**Surrogate's Compensation**    
Please take into consideration that these figures are estimates. I do not have a "set" fee schedule for the Surrogates to go by since some ask for lower or higher than average fees.

These costs are estimates and differ from clinic to clinic. Payable directly to the clinic.

Legal                                                                 $500 to draft/review contract for each party or
                                                                         up to $4,000 if a pre-birth order will be obtained

Projected total costs:

(These costs are figured using a first time Surrogate/Egg Donor with average comp packages, and average clinical fees for IVF/IUI)

Traditional Surrogacy: (includes EA agency fee, legal fees, first time Surrogate's compensation, extras, and at least one IUI or home insemination) between $30,000-$35,000

Gestational Surrogacy: (includes EA agency fee, legal fees, first time Surrogate's compensation, extras and one round of IVF) between $40,000-$45,000

Gestational Surrogacy with a first time Egg Donor: (includes EA agency fee, legal fees, first time ED comp, meds & retrieval) add an additional $8,000 or so

Sperm Donation: $1,500-$2,000 for 3 vials
